I Miss Paris

As always, everytime I de-clutter I have to find a long lost something. Today I found these pretty Paris postcards and other bits I've kept from my first Paris trip (I collect my tickets as souvenirs). Went through the holiday photos and now in a nostalgic mood... So I made a sketch! A Marie Antoinette inspired fashion illustration was the result...Miss you, Love you, Want you...Paris *SIGH*..

My Sweet Valentine

Lately I've been in a baking mood making all sorts of desserts. In one week I made a carrot cake, an apple tart and chocolate banana brownies. What's next? A strawberry tart that's long overdue. So I guess it was only natural of me to dream of dessert while designing these valentine posters. Cheesy love quotes ...what better way to express my love for all that is sweet...

It has been a while since I last posted! It's been quite busy at my end but all good. Here's a portrait sketch I did not too long ago. Just wanted to focus on the features and bring about that strong, hidden expression through the eyes. I really like this one, it's definitely one of my favourites!
